Aerial Macro View

My husband and I were married in October, and every year we try to visit a new place to celebrate our anniversary. Aerial Macro View represents our October travels in the past and potential future travels. Assorted bird’s eye views represent rice paddies in China, Amazon River tributaries, Dutch tulip fields, Kona lava tubes, Canadian Rockies, Icelandic black sand beaches and Waimanu Valley Falls. Materials used include: stained glass, dichroic glass, tempered glass, resin, seed beads, slate, Italian smalti, copper, marble, alcohol dyes and acrylic paint.
