In Bermuda Waters

Italian smalti, thinset mortar, treated white pine. I discovered snorkeling while on holiday in Bermuda. I found that wearing a snorkel mask allowed me to enter another world beneath the surface of the sea: a world of silence and great beauty. Among the many creatures I saw and learned about were fish and how they interact with each other. I did feel that I had become aware of a different world from ours and I have tried to capture that world in this mosaic.
